You will find Rochester NY in Monroe County. Second only to New York City, it is the second largest economy in the state. It is the third larges city in New York and the center of Monroe County which also includes Livingston, Orleans, Genesee, Ontario and Wayne Counties. It is famously called The Worlds Image Center or the Flower City. It is also known as the city of neighborhoods, having 36 neighborhoods with each having their own characteristics that are unique from the others.
